You need to know
- There will also be 5.00 USD cancellation fee.
- We do not support modifications to hotel bookings on website or App. You’ll have to cancel (cancellation charges may apply as mention in above cancelation policy) your existing booking and make a new one.
- The hotel might not refund for late check-in and early check-out.
- Stay extensions will required a new reservation.
- Individual aged 18 and above are required to present a valid Photo ID ( passport, driver’s license, government-issued photo ID etc) at the time of check-in.
- Along with the Government issued ID proof, you will also have to carry the itinerary on your phone or Tab or a printout will do.
- Hotel might not allow check-in if
1) Guest is an area local
2) Guests posing as a couple without suitable proof of identification
- Note all hotel reserve the rights to admission.
- All international travelers must present a valid passport at the time of check in at the hotel.
- Availability of accommodation in the same property for extra guests is not guaranteed.
- The rates and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
- Any increase in the price due to taxes will be borne by the customer and payable at the hotel.
- Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars.
- Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Early check-in/late check-out and Airport/Shuttle Transfer may require any additional payment. Please contact the hotel to confirm a standard request for security deposit either in the form of a credit card or cash. Please note this amount may change from hotel to hotel and is not charged by in any form.
